Marc Salvati is the President and founder of Continuity Partners.  Marc brings over twelve years of experience entirely focused on IT Recruiting, HR Consulting and Executive Search.  Marc is a recognized leader in both the contingency and retained executive search world.  Prior to establishing Continuity Partners, he partnered up with The Stevenson Group, where he built their Information Technology and E-commerce practice.  Marc has extensive HR training and is extraordinarily talented in the areas of business development, sales and technology training.  His past experience has proven that he has built some of the most successful IT Recruiting teams both local and on an international level.  Marc holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

Kevin Bilsky

Kevin Bilsky joined Continuity Partners in 2001 and is currently managing our Financial IT Recruiting division.   Kevin has significant expertise in technical recruiting, account management, executive search and human resources.  Prior to joining Continuity Partners, Kevin worked in Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the recruitment and hiring of all IT professionals for their entire Institutional Sales and Trading businesses. This included Fixed Income, Equity Trading, Prime Brokerage and Investment Banking.  In addition to recruitment and hiring, Kevin spent most of his time working closely with senior officers and human resource professionals, implementing an effective recruiting process for Morgan Stanley's Information Technology Department.  Kevin holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Hamilton College, N.Y.
