RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for conducting research and searching for the appropiate candidates for our clients' open job requistions. We conduct very targeted searches for high level Information Technology Professionals, Executives, Quantitative Analysts and Financial Engineers. Employees will have to cold call, conduct research, qualify candidates, consult and ultimately place qualified candidates with our client companies. You will also have the opportunity to develop new business, manage accounts and conduct sales calls into potential new clients.
